Achieving Uniform Combustion
Project Overview : T Solutions India optimized airflow distribution in a fired heater using CFD analysis, identifying inefficiencies and implementing baffle and perforated plates for better combustion uniformity.
Result : Airflow deviations reduced to ±2%, improving combustion efficiency, minimizing energy loss, and lowering emissions.
Optimizing Inlet Distributor Design
Project Overview : T Solutions India (TSI) conducted CFD multiphase flow simulations to optimize the design of inlet distributor and its location in the Produced Water Tank.
Result : The CFD study optimized the inlet distributor design and its location such that oil content at the water outlet is < 50ppm for various process conditions.
Comprehensive CFD for Latent Heat Based Thermal Management Unit
Project Overview : T Solutions India (TSI) developed a 3D transient multiphase CFD model to analyze a CTES shell and tube heat exchanger and optimize ice storage through freezing process evaluation.
Result : A 3D Transient CFD Model was developed to analyze Ice growth in a Cold Thermal Energy Storage (CTES) Ice system (Shell and Tube Heat Exchanger). CFD model results were in good agreement with experimental data.
CFD Analysis to Optimize Flow Distribution in a Bag Filter System
Project Overview : T Solutions India (TSI) conducted CFD simulation to study the flow distribution in a Baghouse Filter and to check if the velocity and pressure in the system are appropriate and within limits.
Result : The CFD study predicted the flow behavior inside the Baghouse filter and velocity inside the filter was found to be appropriate and within the required limits.
